Preparing for Pesach: A Trip To Bake Matza
As reported by Morlie Agor – Associate Advisor of the FC Volunteer Leadership Board

"Around the time of Pesach, here at the Manalapan FC, we take the opportunity to teach the children about the story of our exodus from Egypt and how this holiday came to be. We turn this into a hands-on-experience by letting the children make their very own handmade matza at a matzah bakery that opens up shortly before Pesach .This exciting event gives the children a unique and fun opportunity to improve their listen skills and practice following directions in an enjoyable environment. This also allows them to partake in the holiday experience regardless of whether or not they will have a Pesach seder at home. By doing so, they are getting involved in learning more about their heritage and customs .... It's just one step closer for them."
